I used a D-type connector and soldered the four wires to the under side of the lcd power supply board.
After the soldering i put back the power supply board to its original position. The picture below shows the connector going to the power supply board. This is the main board.
Before putting the cover back I did a test first. First I tested the D-type power adaptor. See picture below.
But it does not have a stable output. Though the monitor turns on, but the display blinks continuously. So I used a computer power supply.

I am using a wire to short the green and black wire to turn on the power supply. The picture below shows that the Monitor is now working.
So I put the cover back on.
The picture above shows the wire coming out from the monitor to be connected to the computer power supply.
This is now the working monitor and I keep it on for several hours and it doesn't have a problem.
